Everything you need to know about ordering from Holy Cheesecake.
How do I place an order?
Head to our Order page, pick your cheesecake(s), choose a pickup date and time, and complete checkout. You'll get a confirmation email right away.
How do I schedule a pickup?
When placing your order you'll choose a pickup date and time slot — each slot is a one-hour window (e.g. selecting 9 AM means pickup between 9–10 AM). Orders must be placed at least 14 hours in advance, and orders placed after 7 PM are not available for next-day pickup. Our earliest pickup time is 9:00 AM.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in St George, UT 84790. The exact address will be included in your order confirmation email after payment.
What sizes are available?
We offer a Mini 6" cheesecake and a 9" Large cheesecake. Perfect for date night or feeding a crowd.
Can I add a special note or request?
Yes! There's a special notes field on the order form. Let us know if it's for a birthday, anniversary, or any dietary preferences you'd like us to know about.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe. Payment is collected at the time of ordering.
What is your refund policy?
Because each cheesecake is made to order, we don't offer refunds after the baking process has begun. If there's an issue with your order, reach out to us and we'll make it right.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time we are pickup only. We're based in St George, UT.
I can't make my scheduled pickup — can I change it?
Life happens! Reach out to us as soon as possible by email at hello@holy-cheesecake.com or by text at 803-457-9179 and we'll do our best to reschedule you. Changes are no problem as long as your cheesecake hasn't already started baking — so the earlier you let us know the better. Last-minute changes the day of may not always be possible.
